DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If you receive product that is damaged, please call your local UPS distribution center and submit a UPS Insurance claim. Keep the original box, packaging and merchandise for the UPS claim agent.

RETURNS:If for any other reason you want to return any merchandise, Call for a Return Authorization: (812) 303-0701 between 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., CST Monday - Friday. You will have up to 15 days to return the merchandise for a refund. However, in order to receive credit for your purchase, all merchandise MUST be returned in the original condition it was shipped from our warehouse, securely packed with bubble wrapped and boxed with peanuts. It must be received by our warehouse manager in its original new condition, or YOU will have to issue an insurance claim with the shipper for damages. We DO NOT pay for return shipping. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
